Just in time for the release of Final Fantasy XIII-2, Square Enix has announced downloadable content for the game on Xbox 360 and PS3.

Content includes Coliseum battles against enemies from previous Final Fantasy games, and can be recruited into the party when defeated. On Feb. 7, the Coliseum battle of Lightning and Master Sergeant Amodar will be released.

Other planned content includes episodes complementing the game's story.

Price and details of the DLC will be revealed at a later date.
