Activision has released the trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which was pretty much no surprise to anyone after various leaks surfaced around the Internet in recent days. The release date is set for Nov. 13, so I will safely predict it will be the hottest selling game of the holiday season, giving the U.S. economy a hefty boost.

A change to the franchise was needed, and Treyarch looks to deliver on that as this game will take place in the near future. High-tech machinery dominates the trailer, although there looks to be one mission where you're riding on horseback.

E3 is coming in June, so we should expect more details to surface then. But looking at the success of this franchise, Call of Duty fans don't need anymore details. Hundreds of thousands of pre-orders probably have been made already.
